Offensive Player of the Week
Jamison Embury, Marist

Jamison Embury led the Red Foxes offense in their 2-0 week with 10 points. The graduate student scored four goals and dished out fix assists. In Marist's victory over Siena, Jamison finished the game with two goals and an assist. In the win over LIU, Embury had five assists and two goals, along with two caused turnovers and four groundballs.
Defensive Player of the Week
Daniel O’Meara, Marist
Sr., Yorktown Heights, NY, Yorktown
Marist senior, Daniel O'Meara, record two conference victories in net this week as Marist defeated Siena and LIU. O'Meara recorded a career high of 15 saves in each game, finishing out the week with 30 saves. The Red Fox finished the week with a .588 save percentage.
Face-Off Player of the Week
Connor Beals, Mount St. Mary's
Sr., Wixom, MI, Detroit Catholic Central
Connor Beals won 35 of 56 faceoffs (.625) during the week. Beals went 18-for-29 against Canisius and 17-for-27 versus Sacred Heart. The senior picked up 13 ground balls and added a goal versus Canisius and continues to lead the league in faceoff percentage at .619.
Rookie of the Week
Kevin Carney, Canisius
Fr., Burnt Hills- Ballston Lake, NY, Burnt-Hills-Ballston Lake
Kevin Carney tallied four points on three goals and an assist in his lone game last week against Wagner. Carney. The Canisius freshman notched his third hat trick of the campaign with his three-goal effort versus the Seahawks.
The 2023 MAAC Men's Lacrosse Championship will take place between April 29 and May 6, 2023. The six-team, single-elimination tournament will open on Saturday, April 29 with the opening round hosted by the higher seed of each matchup. The semifinals and championship final will be hosted by the highest seed in the field and will be played on Thursday, May 4 and Saturday, May 6.
