Men’s Golfer of the Week
Killian McGinley, Fairfield

Capturing the first victory of his collegiate career, Fairfield's Killian McGinley shot eight-under Par across two rounds to win the ABARTA Coca-Cola Collegiate Invitational by four strokes. He would open with a six-under, 66, in the opening round which included four birdies on the front nine to lead the 103-golfer field. Going on to shoot two-under in the finale, McGinley also helped the Stags to a share of second place out of 18 schools.
 
 

Women’s Golfer of the Week
Addy Douglas, Fairfield
Sr., Newport, RI, The Prout School
 
Helping lead the Stags in their final regular-season tournament, Addy Douglas led the Fairfield five this weekend as she earned a share of 14th place at the Navy Spring Invitational. Douglas would card a pair of 76's on the Par 72 layout at the U.S. Naval Academy Golf Club.


The 2023 MAAC Men’s & Women’s Golf Championships return to Disney’s Palm Golf Course in Lake Buena Vista, FL from April 21-23. The 2023 championships will mark the first time since 2014 that Disney’s Palm Golf Course will play host to the conference championship.
