NEWARK, Delaware – The Marist men's lacrosse team had its season come to an end in the NCAA opening game against Delaware. The Red Foxes fell to the Blue Hens 25-10.

- James Lyons connected for the Red Foxes' first goal of the game at 11:35.
- Jake Deacy cut the Blue Hens' lead to one with a goal assisted by Jojo Pirreca.
- At 3:30, Kellen Pulera collects his first goal of the game. The Red Foxes trailed 5-3 at the end of the first quarter.
- The Blue Hens scored the first goal to open the second quarter.
- Hunter Embury responded with a goal at 9:02.
- Three straight goals for Delaware to extended its lead to 9-4.
- Dylan Bedell connected for a goal with 5:18 remaining in the first half.
- Delaware went on a five-goal streak to close out the first half. The Blue Hens led 14-5 at half.
