Edison, NJ (May. 17, 2023) – The Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference (MAAC) had 21 Women's Softball student-athletes named to the 2023 Academic All-District team selected by College Sports Communicators.
The 2023 Academic All-District Women's Softball team, selected by College Sports Communicators recognizes the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances on the court and in the classroom. The CSC Academic All-America program separately recognizes softball honorees in four divisions- NCAA Division I, NCAA Division II, NCAA Division III, and NAIA.
Four MAAC institutions placed members on the College Sport Communicators 2023 Softball Academic All-District team. Marist College, Rider University and Siena College led MAAC representation on the list with five honorees each, while Fairfield University and Manhattan College each had three representatives on the 2023 Softball Academic All-District team.
