Edison, NJ (July 26, 2023) – The Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference (MAAC) had a total of 97 student-athletes named to the 2023 Intercollegiate Women’s Lacrosse Coaches Association (IWLCA) Division 1 Academic Honor Roll. To be eligible for this honor, student-athletes must be a junior, senior, or graduate student and have earned a cumulative academic GPA of 3.50 or greater.
Seven MAAC institutions were represented on the 2023 IWLCA Division 1 Academic Honor Roll. Fairfield led all MAAC institutions on the 2023 IWLCA Division 1 Academic Honor Roll with 24 members, Niagara placed 18 student-athletes on the list, followed by Mount St. Mary’s with 13 players, Canisius added 12 to the team, while Quinnipiac and Siena added 11 each, and Iona placed eight representatives on the team.
