Tom Appenheimer placed first in the Jasper Fall XC Invite on Saturday at Twin Ponds on the Farms in in Montgomery, New York. Appenheimer paced the field in the 8K race with a finishing time of 24:33.6. His time also broke the course record and led Canisius to a second-place team finish.
 
Women’s Runner of the Week
Liv DiStefano, Quinnipiac

Liv DiStefano won the Jasper Fall XC Invite on Saturday at Twin Ponds on the Farms in in Montgomery, New York, besting a number of MAAC competition as the Bobcats won their second meet in as many tries. DiStefano ran the only sub-21:00 time, finishing in 20:56.6.

The 2023 MAAC Men’s & Women’s Cross Country Championships will be held at Twin Ponds on the Farm in Montgomery, New York on Saturday, October 28, 2023. The 2023 championships will be the first time the races will be held at Twin Ponds on the Farm and the meets will be hosted by Manhattan College for the 29th time.
