Jasper Floyd, Fairfield, Men's Basketball

Jasper Floyd has stuffed the stat-sheet for the Stags in 2023-24, most recently posting his first career double-double with 13 points and 10 rebounds in the Dec. 30 win over Le Moyne. Floyd also had five steals and five assists in the win over the Dolphins. On the season, Floyd averages 11.5 points and a team-high 5.9 rebounds per game. He also leads the Stags and ranks second in the MAAC in assists per game at (4.8), and is the conference leader with 2.6 steals per game, which slots him at 13th in the nation.
 
Female Student-Athlete of the Week
Petra Juric, Manhattan, Women's Basketball
Jr., Zagreb, Croatia / High School: III. Gymnasium

Junior forward Petra Juric has been dominating for the Manhattan women’s basketball team. She has helped guide the Jaspers to seven non-conference wins and has started every game this season. One of the top rebounders in the MAAC, Juric averages 8.0 rebounds and 9.2 points per game. Juric has registered three double-doubles this season with five double-digit scoring games.
