Maddy Theriault, Fairfield

Junior forward Maddy Theriault scored a goal in each of Fairfield's wins while also tallying an assist at Manhattan. With her goal and assist she accounted for both of Fairfield's scores in the 2-0 win against the Jaspers. She netted her 25th career goal, putting her in the top-10 in program history
 
Defensive Player of the Week
Kyran Thievon, Sacred Heart

Sophomore goalkeeper Kyan Thievon was instrumental in securing a four-point match week for the Pioneers, recording consecutive shutouts for the first time in her collegiate career. With Thievon in goal, the Pios went 1-0-1 during the match week as Thievon accumulated four saves in SHU's first win of the season with a 1-0 decision over Iona. Thievon then grabbed a new single-game high in saves in the draw at Rider on Saturday, posting nine saves as the Pios went unbeaten through the match week. 
 
Rookie of the Week
Klara Bengtsson, Quinnipiac
Fy., Stockholm, Sweden, Bromma Gym
First-year midfielder Klara Bengtsson recorded her first collegiate goal in the win over Niagara on Saturday. Bengtsson's goal stood as the game-winning goal for her first of her collegiate career. 
 
 
The 2024 MAAC Women’s Soccer Championship is an eight-team, single-elimination championship taking place November 3-10, 2024. Each match during the championship will be hosted by the higher seed and all rounds of the championship will reseed. The quarterfinals will take place on Sunday, November 3, followed by the semifinals on Thursday, November 7, and concluding with the championship final on Sunday, November 10.
