Merrimack’s Clark and Saint Peter’s Eaton Claim Hercules Tires MAAC Men’s Basketball Weekly Honors

Adam “Budd” Clark led Merrimack in scoring, averaging 22.3 points per game in three games during the week, which included the Trojan Turkey Tipoff tournament. In the Trojan Turkey Tipoff, Clark notched two straight 20 point performances, scoring 28 points against UTSA and 20 points versus tournament host Troy in a 72-68 win. For the week, he averaged 5.5 assists, 3.6 rebounds, and 3.6 steals per game. 
 
Rookie of the Week
Bryce Eaton, Saint Peter's
R-Fr., Detroit, MI, Central Michigan/Detroit Edison
 
In Saint Peter’s lone game of the week, Bryce Eaton scored a season-high 21 points along with four assists, while shooting 3-for-7 from downtown. His biggest shot of the game was a coast-to-coast, game-winning layup as time expired in a 76-74 win over FDU.
