Manhattan finished 1-2 in the women’s mile as Andria Scaglione won the crown with a time of 5:11.62. She also ran the opening leg of the women's 4x400 meter relay that placed second.

Kristin Stickdorn captured first place in the shot put with a mark of 13.27 meters this past week.
Men’s Track Performer of the Week:

Senior Griffin Cooke ran a time of 1:56.45 in the men's 800 at the Marc Deneault Invitational last weekend, good for the tenth-fastest time in the MAAC so far this season.
Men’s Field Performer of the Week:
Alex Kristeller, Manhattan

Alex Kristeller competed at the USA Indoor Track & Field Championships in Albuquerque, N.M. He placed sixth in the weight throw with his fifth attempt of the day covering a distance of 21.63 meters (70-11.75).
The 2024 MAAC Men's and Women's Indoor Track & Field Championships will be held on Saturday and Sunday, Feb. 24-25, 2024, at the Nike Track and Field Center at The Armory in New York, New York. The two-day meet will be hosted by Manhattan College and will be held at The Armory for the 20th consecutive year. With 11 institutions strongly bound by the sound principles of quality and integrity in academics and excellence in athletics, the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference (MAAC) is in its 43rd year of competition during the 2023-24 academic year. Current conference members include: Canisius University, Fairfield University, Iona University, Manhattan College, Marist College, Mount St. Mary’s University, Niagara University, Quinnipiac University, Rider University, Saint Peter’s University, and Siena College.
