Junior attacker Carlota Alonso had a big weekend at the Bruno Classic with 22 Goals, 6 assists, 3 drawn exclusions, and 10 steals. She scored seven goals in a 15-11 win over #25 Pomona-Pitzer.
The Seahawks went 4-0 at the Bruno Classic with wins over Bucknell, #18 Harvard, #25 Pomona-Pitzer, Brown.
 
Defensive Player of the Week
Francesca Sena, Wagner

Sophomore goalie Francesca Sena saw 27 saves, 12 steals, 2 assists at the Bruno Classic. She played the first quarter in the win against #25 Pomona-Pitzer and she tallied 13 saves and 3 steals against Brown.
 
 
Rookie of the Week
Ana Arias, Wagner
Fr., Madrid, Spain, Colegi Closa
 
Freshman attacker Ana Arias saw 7 goals, 4 assists, 1 drawn exclusion, 5 steals at the Bruno Classic. She scored three goals in Wagner’s opening match against Bucknell. She also had two goals and two assists in win over #25 Pomona-Pitzer.
 
 
The 2024 MAAC Water Polo Championship will be held at McCann Natatorium on the campus of Marist College in Poughkeepsie, NY. Marist has hosted the Water Polo Championship since 2003. The opening round begins Friday, April 26, followed by the semifinal round on Saturday, April 27, and the final round will take place on Sunday, April 28.
