Male Student-Athlete of the Week
Oluwamumisorire Amori, Saint Peter's, Track & Field
Sr., Newark, NJ, Barringer Monmouth

Saint Peter's senior Track & Field student-athlete Oluwamumisorire Amori won three medals at the Metropolitan Championships held at Icahn Stadium in New York, N.Y. on Saturday, Apr. 6. The New Jersey native placed first in the Triple Jump Finals (13.55m), and the Long Jump Finals (6.76m). These are the first events Amori has won this Spring. Additionally, the Saint Peter's standout ran as a member of Saint Peter's 4X1000 relay team that placed third (43.26). The Saint Peter's Track & Field team travels to Lewisburg, PA, for the Bison Outdoor Classic and the Larry Ellis Invitational this weekend.
 
Female Student-Athlete of the Week
Kate Pratt, Niagara, Women's Track & Field
Sr., Cortland, NY, Cortland High School

Kate Pratt is a senior on the Niagara Cross Country and Track & Field teams while also serving as SAAC President for Niagara. In her last event on April 5th she finished second in the 400 meter with a time of 58.20 while also being the anchor leg of the 4x400 that finished second behind Michigan State at the Spartan Invite. This season she has a combined four top 10 finishes in both individual and team events for the Purple Eagles. In the classroom she has a 3.67 GPA while she is currently pursuing her Master's Degree in Criminal Justice.
