LAKE BUENA VISTA, FL (Apr. 18, 2024) – A total of 27 student-athletes were named to the 2024 Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference (MAAC) Men’ s Golf All-Academic Team, announced by the league office today.
To be eligible for the MAAC All-Academic Team, a student-athlete must complete two semesters at their institution and hold a cumulative grade point average of 3.20 on a 4.0 scale.
Iona University placed a league-most six student-athletes on the All-Academic Team. Fairfield University was next with five selections, followed by Canisius University and Siena College with four honorees each. Mount St. Mary’s University, Niagara University, and Saint Peter’s University each placed two members on the team, while Manhattan College and Rider University had one representative named to the all-academic team.

The 2024 MAAC Men’s & Women’s Golf Championships return to Disney’s Golf Course in Lake Buena Vista, FL from April 19-21. The 2024 championships will mark the 13
th consecutive season the championships are hosted at Disney’s Golf Course dating back to 2011, and the 22
