Senior Tori Bowles had a tremendous weekend for the Mount, hitting .600 (6-for-10) with four home runs, four runs scored and six RBI. She went 2-for-4 with a home run in the Mount's 4-3 win over Saint Peter's on Saturday. On Sunday, she had a career day, going 4-for-4 with three home runs, a double, 14 total bases and six RBI. Her three home runs match a Mount record for HR's in a game.
Pitcher of the Week
Megan Giese, Canisius

Pitcher Megan Giese went 3-0 on the weekend pitching 15 innings with 20 strikeouts and a 0.47 ERA against Siena. Giese only allowed 1 run on 6 hits during the weekend.
Rookie of the Week
Kiersten Buchanan, Rider
Fr., Holly Springs, NC, Holly Springs
Freshman Kiersten Buchanan drove in five runs in the Broncs' sweep of Fairfield, including three in Game 1 and the walk-off, two-out, two-run triple to turn a 3-2 deficit into a 4-3 win in Sunday's series finale. In Game 1, she drove in a run on a fielder's choice, before delivering a two-run double. Her game-winning triple was an opposite-field line drive that got over the right fielder's head as she hit the fence.
