Women’s Track Performer of the Week:
Rylie Smith, Quinnipiac

Junior Rylie Smith had a pair of top performances this weekend for the Bobcats at the South Florida Invitational, hosting competition from around the country. The Pittsburgh native ran the MAAC-best time of 56.21 in the 400m and ran a leg in the MAAC-best 4x400 relay that finished in 3:53.77.
Women’s Field Performer of the Week:
Olivia Smith, Rider
So, Westhampton, NJ, Rancocas Valley
Olivia Smith finished 3rd at the Penn Invitational in the long jump jumping 5.69 meters. She leads the MAAC in the long jump and this is also has an ECAC qualifying mark.
Men’s Track Performer of the Week:
Artie Burgess, Rider
Sr., Coatesville, PA, Coatesville
Senior Artie Burgess ran 10.44 in the 100m at the Penn Invitational. It is the second best time in the MAAC and an IC4A qualifying mark. He also ran a leg on the 3rd place, 4x400 meter relay that leads the MAAC with a top time of 3:18.55.
Co-Men’s Field Performer of the Week:
Arran Fahey, Mount St. Mary's
Jr., Oceanside, Calif., Vista
Junior Arran Fahey set the top mark in the MAAC for the men's pole vault at 4.86 meters during the VertKlasse meeting. He earned a top 10 finish in a crowded, competitive field.
Co-Men’s Field Performer of the Week:
Jayden DuBard, Rider
Jr., Buffalo, NY, Cheektowaga
Thrower Jayden DuBard finished 3rd in the hammer throw and 4th in the shot put at the Penn Invitational. His hammer throw of 56.29m is an IC4A qualifying mark and the #4 mark all time at Rider. His shot put is an IC4A qualifying mark with a toss of 15.94m. He is leading the MAAC in the shot put.
The 2024 MAAC Men's and Women's Outdoor Track & Field Championships will be held on Saturday and Sunday, May 4-5, 2024, at Michael P. Brady Track & Field Complex in Lawrenceville, NJ, hosted by Rider University.
