MAAC 2024-25 Women’s Basketball Schedule Announced

EDISON, NJ (July 24, 2024) – The Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference (MAAC) has unveiled the 2024-25 women's basketball conference slate.
 
2024-25 Women’s Schedule Quick Facts:
  • With an all-time league-high of 13 full member schools for the 2024-25 season, the MAAC will play an unbalanced conference schedule for the first time since the 2018-19 season.
  • All 13 teams will play a 20-game MAAC schedule, which will include 10 home games and 10 road games.
  • Each team will play eight opponents twice in a home-home series (16 games).
  • The remaining four contests on each team’s schedule will be single games against the remaining four opponents, featuring two home contests and two road contests.
  • Each school is guaranteed to play their closest geographic opponent twice.
  • The MAAC docket will be an 11-week format and each school will receive two bye dates during the conference slate.
  • The women will once again play a full Thursday/Saturday schedule.
  • The December portion of the conference slate will take place during the third week in the month, with a full schedule of games on Thursday, December 19 and Saturday, December 21.
  • During week six on Thursday, January 30, five out of the six matchups on the schedule will be clashes between league rivals.
  • The ESPNU game and start time will be announced at a later date.
  • The 2024-25 campaign culminates with the 2025 Hercules Tires MAAC Men’s and Women’s Basketball Championships from March 11-15 at Atlantic City's Historic Jim Whelan Boardwalk Hall for the sixth consecutive year dating back to 2020.
