Sophomore Brody Atkinson shot the ball 14 times in the contest. Of those 14 shots, nine were on goal with six finding the back of the net. This performance marks the most goals he's scored in a game with his previous high being four. 
 
Defensive Player of the Week
Connor Hapward, Manhattan
Gr., West Caldwell, NJ, James Caldwell
 
Grad student goalkeeper Connor Hayward delivered 12 saves in net in Manhattan's 14-3 win at Wagner. 
 
Rookie of the Week
John Savino, Merrimack
Fr., Smithtown, HS, Smithtown High School West
 
Freshman midfielder John Savino had one goal and two shots on goal against Buckell in opening weekend.
 
 
 
The 2025 MAAC Men's Lacrosse Championship is a six-team, single-elimination championship taking place from April 27 through May 3, 2025. The first round will be hosted by No. 3 and No. 4 seeds, while the semifinals and championship will be hosted by the top overall seed. All rounds of the championship will reseed.
