Offensive Player of the Week
Sadie Sallas, Iona

In a wins over Mount St. Mary's and #21 Marist, Sallas led the way with nine points, five goals and four assists. She added five drawn exclusions across the two games. 
 
Defensive Player of the Week
Lilly Morris, Iona
Gr., Southfield, MI, Seaholm


In an upset win over #21 Marist, Lilly Morris made 9 saves in net picking up the Gaels second win over Marist in the last 11 years. She added 1 steal and an assist. In a win over Mount, Morris earned her second win of the weekend stopping 10 shots with 3 steals and 2 assists. 
 
Rookie of the Week
Vanessa McNabb, Iona
R.-Fr., Surrey, Canada, Pacific Academy
 
In wins over Mount St. Mary's and #21 Marist the Canada Native scored a hat trick in each game with on nine shots and added a lone assist. She also added six drawn exclusions and one steal. 
 
 
The 2025 MAAC Water Polo Championship will take place April 25-27, 2025. The six-team, single-elimination championship will be hosted by Marist University in Poughkeepsie, NY. Marist has hosted the Water Polo Championship annually since 2003.
