Offensive Player of the Week/Rookie of the Week

Nadya Azzopardi tallied 10 goals and three assists in a 2-0 weekend for La Salle. In the 12-5 win against Mount St. Mary's on Saturday, Azzopardi erupted for eight goals to break La Salle's single-game goals record previously held by Explorer great Francesca Co' (seven vs. St. Francis Brooklyn, April 3, 2022). Azzopardi netted four goals in each half, including three in the second quarter. Azzopardi also added two assists in the victory, totaling 10 points. In the 13-8 win against LIU on Sunday, Azzopardi tallied two goals and one assist. In 14 games this season, Azzopardi has tallied 47 goals and 21 assists.
 
Defensive Player of the Week
Lily Kirby, La Salle
Jr., Stockton, CA, St. Mary's High School
 
Lily Kirby made 29 saves in a 2-0 weekend for the Explorers. She had 13 saves and one steal in the win against Mount St. Mary's on Saturday, March 21. Kirby then made 16 saves and had two assists in the win against LIU on Sunday, March 22.
 
The 2026 MAAC Water Polo Championship will take place April 11-12, 2026. The four-team, single-elimination championship will be hosted by Marist University in Poughkeepsie, NY.
