Kayla Kalbaugh continued her fantastic start to the season this past week for Iona women’s soccer. Kalbaugh posted a pair of shutouts during a 1-0-1 week for the Gaels, registering six saves in goal. The junior opened the week with three stops in a scoreless draw against Lafayette before making three more saves in Saturday’s 4-0 victory over Delaware State. Kalbaugh has recorded three shutouts to start the season, tied for the most among conference goalkeepers.
 
Rookie of the Week
Bella Bingham, Fairfield

Bella Bingham recorded a goal and an assist for three points vs. Boston University this week. The Massachusetts native saw nearly 100 minutes of play combined between BU and Rutgers.
 
The 2026 Metro Women’s Soccer Championship is a six-team, single-elimination championship taking place November 8-15, 2025. Each match during the championship will be hosted by the higher seed and all rounds of the championship will reseed. The opening round will take place on Sunday, November 8, followed by the semifinals on Thursday, November 12, and concluding with the championship final on Sunday, November 15.
