Karlie Doyle joined the conference in January 2025 and currently serves as Director of Compliance and Sport Administration. In this role, Doyle oversees a variety of conference compliance and governance matters, including the review of medical hardship waivers, medical absence waivers, and legislation related to NCAA Bylaw 17 (Playing and Practice Seasons). Additionally, Doyle serves as the sport administrator for men's and women's cross country, men's and women's track and field, and women's water polo.

Prior to joining the conference, Doyle served as Assistant Director of Athletics Compliance at Syracuse University, where they were the primary compliance contact for seven varsity sports and the secondary compliance contact for the football program. In that role, they managed a broad range of NCAA compliance responsibilities, with extensive experience in initial eligibility, recruiting legislation (Bylaw 13), playing and practice seasons (Bylaw 17), and rules education for coaches, staff, and student-athletes.

Doyle began their collegiate athletics career as a Compliance Intern at Monmouth University, gaining foundational experience in NCAA rules compliance and athletics administration.

In addition to their work in collegiate athletics, Doyle serves part-time with the New York Giants in Fan Engagement, supporting game day operations and special events. Doyle has also dedicated significant time to youth sports, serving as a volunteer head cheerleading coach for Howell American Youth Football and Cheerleading for six years, helping lead the program to five championship titles.

A 2020 graduate of Kutztown University, Doyle earned a bachelor's degree in Sport Management with a minor in Coaching and Athletic Administration. While at Kutztown, they were a four-year member of the university's cheerleading program. Doyle  later earned a Master of Legal Studies from Drexel University in December 2022, concentrating in NCAA Compliance and Sport Law.
