Men’s Swimmer of the Week:
David Cooper, Rider
Sr., Spring, TX, Klein Oak
Cooper set a pool record in the 200-Breast with a time of 2:05.07, helping the Broncs to a dual-meet victory over Seton Hall. The time is the fastest in the MAAC this season by over eight seconds. Cooper was also a part of Rider's winning 200-medley relay, that posted a conference-best time of 1:32.34. The 200-medley relay team currently ranks 37th nationally. Cooper was also second in the 100-breast with a conference-leading time of 58.22.
Men’s Diver of the Week:
Sean Binning, Rider
Fr., Annandale, VA, W.T. Woodson
Binning won the 3-meter event in the dual meet vs. Seton Hall. The freshman posted a score of 27.37 in the six dives, the best in the conference this season. He also finished second in the 1-meter with a score of 229.58.
