EDISON, NJ (Oct. 21, 2021) – The Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference (MAAC) today announced HomeTown Ticketing, Inc. as the league’s official ticketing partner. HomeTown becomes the official online and primary ticketing provider for all MAAC championships, excluding the annual MAAC Men’s and Women’s Basketball Championships and any event hosted at Disney Sports.
Together the MAAC and HomeTown provide a fast, easy, and convenient ticketing experience for students, staff, and fans of member institutions. With ticket scanning at the gate, HomeTown’s platform increases security at events and allows fans to enter games quickly, making their game day experience focused on cheering on their team.
“The MAAC is proud to name HomeTown Ticketing as the Official Ticketing Partner of the league,” said MAAC Commissioner Rich Ensor. “HomeTown’s ticketing platform will simplify ticket sales at MAAC Championships and grant fans the ability to easily purchase tickets digitally. This partnership is a great opportunity for the MAAC as we look to move away from cash sales.”
“HomeTown Ticketing welcomes the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference to our network of collegiate conferences,” stated Ryan Hart, Chairman & CEO of HomeTown Ticketing, Inc. “At HomeTown, we are committed to supporting conferences and their members by offering an easy, secure, flexible platform that provides a solution for all levels of events.
