Callan Smith led the Monmouth men's swimming team with three first-place finishes in the Hawks' win over Fairfield. Smith won the 100 back (50.60), 200 back (1:52.32) and 100 fly (52.07). Smith increased his career victories total to 58.
 
Men’s Diver of the Week:
Tyler Wenzel, Marist
Jr., Middletown, CT, Middletown
 
Wenzel won both boards in Marist's 183-106 season-opening victory over Canisius on Friday. He won the 3-meter dive with a score of 217.27 and the 1-meter dive with a score of 205.12
