Recap

The Saint Peter's University women's basketball team beat the Wagner Seahawks by a score of 66-57 Wednesday night at Run Baby Run Arena. Junior center Kassondra Brown had a career high 22 points and a career high 16 rebounds to lead the Peacocks. Brown was a major force for the Peacocks all night and she started to wear down the Wagner defense in the fourth quarter. She recorded six of her 16 rebounds and scored eight points in the fourth. Wagner had trouble guarding Brown all night, and she took advantage of that, en route to her career night. The Peacocks claimed their first win of the 2021-22 campaign.
