Fairfield men's basketball never trailed in Wednesday's non-conference meeting at Fairleigh Dickinson, claiming a 72-54 road victory. The Stags scored the first 14 points of the contest, running away with their fifth straight win, the longest current winning streak in the MAAC. Chris Maidoh led all scorers with 13 points, followed by 12 points from Taj Benning, and 11 from Jake Wojcik. Fairfield's five-game winning streak is the longest since the 2017-18 season and the team has won eight of their last nine since a 0-2 start. The Stags have also won five consecutive road games for the first time since the 2012-13 campaign, the second most road wins in the country only trailing Monmouth’s seven.
