Men’s Swimmer of the Week:
Liam O’Connell, Canisius

Senior Liam O'Connell continued his dominance in the pool this season at the Burt Flickinger Center Pool Saturday against St. Bonaventure. O'Connell claimed first place in all three of his solo events for the fourth consecutive meet. The Hamburg, N.Y., native sat atop the 200 (1:43.34), 500 (4:38.93) and 1000 free (10:03.94). O'Connell also anchored the first-place 400 free relay (3:10.63). The senior now has 17 first-place finishes this season, between solo and relay events.
 
Men’s Diver of the Week:
Dillon O’Connor, Fairfield
Fr., Greenland, NH, Saint Thomas Aquinas
 
Dillion O'Connor enjoyed a solid day with his top score of 298.47 in the 1 meter dive and followed with a fourth-place finish in the 3 meter (204.45) and the 3 meter (217.28).
