The Monmouth women's basketball team outscored Quinnipiac, 23-8, in the fourth quarter to secure a 70-60 MAAC road victory on Thursday night, their first win against the Bobcats since 2017 and first win on the road in Hamden, CT since 2012. The Hawks trailed by five, 52-47, to start the final frame but responded by shooting 8-of-14 from the field and 4-of-6 from long range, while holding Quinnipiac to a 22-percent shooting clip. Jen Louro made three of the four Monmouth three-pointers in the fourth for nine of her 11 points, while Ariana Vanderhoop delivered some timely baskets for seven points in the stanza. Stella Clark scored a team-high 20 points while Belle Kranbuhl added 13 points and nine rebounds in the win. For Quinnipiac, Mackenzie DeWees registered a double-double scoring 20 points and added 11 rebounds. Cur’Tiera Haywood added 16 points and Mikala Morris scored 10 points with nine rebounds.

Manhattan trailed by 23 points in the third quarter but outscored Rider 31-9 in the fourth quarter to get the 63-58 win inside Draddy Gymnasium on Thursday night. The win keeps Manhattan perfect at home this season. The Jaspers opened the fourth quarter on a 17-2 run led by 12 points from Dee Dee Davis and Brazil Harvey-Carr. Davis would later hit a three to tie the game at 55 and a free throw from Davis with 24 seconds remaining would seal the deal for the Jaspers. Davis led Manhattan with 17 points while Brazil Harvey-Carr and Sydney Watkins each added 12 points. For the Broncs, four players finished in double-figures: Lenaejha Evans scored a team-high 14 points, Raphaela Toussaint added 13 while Jessica Schiffer and Anna Ekerstedt each scored 12 points.
