Fairfield was defeated by in state opponent, Sacred Heart, in a 69-58 outing on Sunday. Izabela Nicoletti-Leite had a 24-point, 11 rebound double-double to lead Fairfield in the game. Callie Cavanaugh recorded 15 points, eight rebounds and five assists for the Stags in the losing effort.

Quinnipiac was taken down by Rhode Island on Sunday 63-55. Mikala Morris led Quinnipiac with 15 points and eight rebounds in the game. Jackie Grisdale recorded 14 points on the day for the Bobcats.
