Iona held off Canisius, 72-65, in MAAC play at the Hynes Center on Friday night. With the win, Iona clinched its 11th MAAC regular season title, first since 2018-19 and top seed at the upcoming MAAC Championship. The Gaels were led by the graduate combination of Elijah Joiner and Tyson Jolly, posting 16 points and seven assists a piece. Three Canisius players scored in double-figures, led by senior Malek Green and his game-high 22 points.

Marist defeated Manhattan, 74-56, before a raucous crowd of 2,566 at McCann Arena on ESPNU Friday night. The win was the sixth straight for the Red Foxes, their longest since the 2006-07 season. Marist had four double-digit scorers in Raheim Sullivan (15), Jao Ituka (15), Jordan Jones (11), and Ricardo Wright (10). The Jaspers, which had their three-game winning streak snapped, was led by 15 points from Ant Nelson and 14 by Jose Perez.

Rider held off Niagara, 70-68, Friday night at Alumni Gym. With the win, the Broncs snapped a three-game losing skid and swept the regular-season series with Niagara. Dwight Murray, Jr. scored 14 of his game-high 18 points in the second half, while Allen Powell and Ajiri Ogemuno-Johnson scored 14 and 13 points, respectively. Leading Niagara was Marcus Hammond with a double-double of 18 points and 11 rebounds, followed by 16 points by Greg Kuakumensah and 14 from Noah Thomasson.

Saint Peter's earned a 70-65 win over Monmouth Friday night inside OceanFirst Bank Center. The Peacocks claimed a season sweep over their in-state rival for the second time in the past three seasons and clinched a first-round bye in the MAAC Tournament. Saint Peter’s had four different players in double figures, led by KC Ndefo’s double-double of 14 points, 11 rebounds, followed by Matthew Lee (12), Daryl Banks III (10) and Doug Edert (10). The Monmouth trio of George Papas (23), Shavar Reynolds (15) and Walker Miller (14) led the Hawks.
