EDISON, NJ (Nov. 7, 2023) – The Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference (MAAC) announced today a multi-year renewal with Hercules Tires as the title sponsor of The MAAC Men’s and Women’s Basketball Championships at Atlantic City's Historic Jim Whelan Boardwalk Hall in New Jersey.
“Our official partnership as title sponsor of the men’s and women’s championships not only gives Hercules Tires a platform to expose the brand to new audiences during the exciting culmination of the season where the best of the best athletes will get a chance to compete for the championship title, but is also an outstanding opportunity to engage with passionate fans, student athletes, staff and alumni throughout the season on a grassroots level,” said Joshua Simpson, Senior Vice President of Hercules Tires.
This past March, the MAAC announced a three-year extension with Jim Whelan Boardwalk Hall, making the venue the host site for its annual basketball championships in 2024, 2025, and 2026. The 2024 Hercules Tires MAAC Men’s and Women’s Basketball Championships will be held from March 12-16 for the fifth consecutive year at Boardwalk Hall dating back to 2020.
