BUFFALO, NY (February 11, 2023) – At the end of the final day of competition, the Rider University men’s team hoisted the MAAC Swimming & Diving Championship trophy for the 11th straight year. The Broncs scored a total of 646.5 points over the four-day competition to finish in first place.

Day 4 Highlights
- Iona University’s Michael Faughnan won the Men’s 200 Backstroke with a time 1:45.83.
- Marist’s Ahmed Sallam swam a strong 100 Freestyle with a time of 43.65.
- Canisius’ Archie Minto came in with a impressive last 50 in the Men’s 200 Butterfly to take first place with a time of 1:47.06.
- In the final heat of the championship, the Purple Eagles took the Men’s 400 Freestyle Relay with a time of 3:00.35. Rider’s relay team consisted of Levi Morgan, Jacob Ruffolo, Reid Tichy, Nathan Dragon
