Sebastian Mueller continues his red-hot start to the season as he went 7-for-13 for a .538 batting average against Morehead State. Mueller recorded eight RBIs and hit two home runs on the weekend. Mueller is batting .447 this season, which leads the team in batting average. 
 
Pitcher of the Week
Bowen Baker, Fairfield
Gr., North Stonington, CT, Wheeler
 
Bowen Baker tossed six scoreless innings in the rubber game win over JMU. He struck out four while allowing three hits. Additionally, Baker retired the final 12 batters he faced.
 
Rookie of the Week
Jayden Hamilton, Merrimack
Fr., Londonderry, NH, Londonderry
 
Jayden Hamilton earned nine hits through five games including three multi-hit games in a series against FIU. He finished with four RBI's and three doubles and is now hitting .306 on the year. For the week, he batted .391.
 
The 2025 MAAC Baseball Championship is an eight-team, single and double elimination championship, that will take place at Clover Stadium in Pomona, NY on May 20-24. Games 1 and 2 will be single elimination, games 3-12 will be double elimination and all rounds will reseed. This will be the fourth straight season that the championship is hosted at Clover Stadium.
