Male Student-Athlete of the Week
Kaiden Libby, Canisius, Men’s Lacrosse
Jr./ Wheaton, IL, Wheaton North
 
A native of Wheaton, Ill., Libby has appeared in all 13 games for the Griffs this season, posting an assist while also pitching in a career-high 23 ground balls and three caused turnovers. He recently established a career high as he scooped up six ground balls in Canisius' 12-6 victory at Mount St. Mary's on April 5.
Libby, a sports and exercise health care major, has been named to the Dean's List in all five of his semesters at Canisius. He was named to the MAAC Men's Lacrosse All-Academic Team in 2024.
 
Female Student-Athlete of the Week
Anna Salerno, Mount St. Mary’s, Women’s Lacrosse
Sr. / Bel Air, MD, Patterson Mill
 
Salerno has scored 43 goals for the Mountaineers while starting in all 14 games so far during the 2025 season. Salerno has recorded nine hattricks for the Mountaineers this season, with the senior from Bel Air, Maryland scoring three goals or more in her last seven games including a season high six goals against Marist on April 12.
