Ryan Lordier, Manhattan, Baseball
Jr. / Millbrae, CA, Capuchino High School
Ryan Lordier has performed to the tune of a team-high .333 batting average, .849 slugging percentage and .410 on-base percentage in his first season for the Jaspers. As the everyday second baseman, Lordier is a regular fixture toward the top of Manhattan’s line-up, with at least one hit in 15 of his last 19 games. The native of Millbrae, California has three five-game hitting streaks this season and ranks second on the Jaspers with 48 hits which is spread across 13 multi-hit games. Lordier is a junior economics major who compiled a 3.8 GPA in Fall 2024.

Sam Kowalski, Sacred Heart, Softball
Jr. / San Clemente, CA, San Clemente
Kowalski has been outstanding during her third collegiate season. The San Clemente, Calif., native ended the regular season first in the MAAC with 5.21 hits/seven innings and opposing batting average (.203). Kowalski is also tied for second in strikeouts (175) and fourth in ERA (2.21). The junior captain has tallied career-highs in ERA and strikeouts, needing 41 more to crack the top-five single-season program record book. Her 175 strikeouts is the most by a Pioneer since Emily Orosco had 206 in 2018.
