Metro announces 27 regional television broadcasts for 2026-27 basketball season

27 Metro Conference men’s and women’s basketball games will air on Northeast regional sports networks (RSNs) for the second consecutive year as the Conference’s linear broadcast portfolio expands to SNY, NESN and Monumental Sports Network (MNMT).

Through its partnerships with SNY, NESN and MNMT, the Metro Conference will showcase its basketball programs across three major markets, including the nation’s No. 1, No. 8 and No. 10 markets.

SNY’s regional coverage spans New York, Connecticut, New Jersey, and northeastern Pennsylvania. Monumental Sports reaches millions of homes across the District of Columbia, Maryland, Virginia, West Virginia, and Pennsylvania, while NESN reaches households across the six-state New England region: Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and Connecticut.

The conference’s regional television package continues to expand, growing from 18 televised games a season ago to this year’s 27-game slate.

SNY will carry 12 men’s and women’s basketball broadcasts, beginning Thursday, Nov. 5, when Saint Peter’s hosts Binghamton at 7 PM ET. MNMT will televise five games featuring Metro men’s and women’s basketball programs, with its inaugural broadcast scheduled for Friday, Nov. 6, as Mount St. Mary’s hosts Loyola in men’s basketball at 7 PM ET. NESN will carry the remaining 10 games, beginning Thursday, Nov. 5, at 7 PM ET, when Quinnipiac hosts Bryant.

In addition to the regional television schedule, five wild card broadcasts will air on ESPNU throughout the season, including four men’s games and one women’s game. Matchups for wild card broadcasts will be selected 10 days before each scheduled broadcast date.

As part of the Conference’s multiyear agreement with ESPN, each televised game will also be simulcast live nationwide on ESPN+ and available through the ESPN app, with no digital blackouts. All ESPN+ and RSN broadcasts will be produced by the host institution’s campus production team.

All times Eastern. Broadcast schedule subject to change.
