Men’s Co-Players of the Month
Kostas Kollias, Fairfield
Sr., Longmeadow, MA, Longmeadow

Kostas Kollias opened his senior campaign with six wins in September. He went 4-2 in singles, knocking off opponents from Bryant, Boston College and Quinnipiac. On the doubles courts, Kollias posted a 2-3 record alongside Diego Alcala with victories over tandems from Brown and Boston College.
 
Martin Macias, Sacred Heart
FY., Miami, FL, FLVS

First year Martin Macias went a combined 4-1 during the month of September. Macias went a perfect 4-0 overall in singles action and 1-1 in doubles play. He was 3-0 in singles and 1-1 doubles at the Army Invitational on September 15. Macias capped off the month earning multiple wins at the Fairfield Invite. 
 
Women’s Co-Players of the Month
Maeve Cassidy, Fairfield
Jr., Monroe, NY, Monroe-Woodbury
 
Maeve Cassidy won a total of six matches in September. She was 3-2 in singles actions, defeating foes from Army, Sacred Heart and FDU. Cassidy went 3-4 in doubles play, defeating tandems from Saint Francis, Army and Sacred Heart.
 
Ava Nelson, Sacred Heart
FY., Elk River, MN, Elk River
 
Ava Nelson earned six total wins during September to open her first seasons at Sacred Heart. Nelson posted a winning record of 2-1 at the UConn Duels on September 15. At the Army Hidden Duels she accounted for three more wins in singles and doubles.
 
The 2025 MAAC Masters Tournament is a singles and doubles single-elimination tournament per gender, that will be held on Friday, October 3 through Sunday, October 5, 2025, at Quinnipiac Athletic & Recreation Center in Hamden, Connecticut and at Walsh Athletic Center Tennis Courts in Fairfield, Connecticut. Quinnipiac University will serve as the host of the tournament for the second straight year and Fairfield University for the first.
